If you are not satisfied with our premium services, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee only applies to your first billing cycle (monthly or annual).

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • You have not used more than 20% of your monthly question quota (if applicable).
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service.
