2. Service Access and AI Usage

ExamSolve grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services.

• AI Interactions: Our services involve interactions with Artificial Intelligence models. You understand that AI responses are generated based on algorithms and patterns and may not always be 100% accurate.
• Academic Use: ExamSolve is an educational aid. You agree to use it to enhance your understanding and not as a tool for academic dishonesty or cheating.
• Free Quota: Free users are limited to 20 questions per day. We reserve the right to modify this quota at any time.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method.

• Pricing: Prices for our plans are posted on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
• Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your dashboard.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided usage has been reasonable (less than 20% of your quota used).

4. Content and Behavior Rules

You can only use ExamSolve for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you post or upload.

• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Bot Use: You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our AI models or harvest data.
• Respectful Conduct: You must not harass other users or our support team.

5. ExamSolve's Rights to Your Content

By posting questions or uploading images, you grant ExamSolve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and process that content specifically for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving our learning models.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamSolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data or grades) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamSolve and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in our primary business jurisdiction.

From time to time, we may update these terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new features. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept those changes.
